Pan Seared Salmon

simple and elegant.....
Ingredients:
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 large salmon fillets
1 tsp sea salt or himalayan salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp maple syrup
1tsp rosemary
Preparation:
In a small frying pan, heat the coconut oil on medium-high heat for 2 mins. Add fresh rosemary into the pan with the oil.
Cook rosemary and oil for 1 minute. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn.
Place salmon fillet into the pan to fry.
Sprinkle the upside of the salmon with the salt, pepper, maple syrup and rosemary.
Cook for 3 mins.
Flip the fillet.
Sprinkle this side of the salmon with the salt, pepper and maple syrup.
Move the rosemary around the pan to extract the flavour.
Cook for 3 mins.
Serve!
