Power Balls

This is.....The Perfect Snack!


2 cups almond butter or sunflower butter

2-3 cups puffed quinoa or quick oats

3 tbsp maple syrup (sweetened to taste)

1 tsp sea salt

½ cup cranberries or raisins

1 tsp sunflower or avocado oil

½ cup Lily's stevia chocolate chips

2 tbsp hemps seeds

1/3 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup dried unsweetened coconut


  1. Mix well in a large bowl.

  2. Roll into small balls.

  3. Roll in dried unsweetened coconut to cover the outside.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight.
