Power Balls

This is.....The Perfect Snack!


2 cups almond butter

3 tbsp natural peanut butter

3-4 cups puffed organic millet or puffed quinoa

¼ to ½ cup maple syrup (sweetened to taste)

1 tsp sea salt

½ cup cranberries

1 tsp sunflower or coconut oil

½ cup dark semi sweet chocolate chips

1 cup dried unsweetened coconut


  1. Mix well in a large bowl.

  2. Roll into small balls.

  3. Roll in dried unsweetened coconut to cover the outside.

  4. Place in the fridge overnight.
