Mashed Cauliflower

It’s just like mashed potatoes....but healthier

This creamy mashed cauliflower recipe is a healthier alternative to traditional mashed potatoes, and it's incredibly delicious. The addition of Greek yogurt makes it creamy, while the Himalayan salt, pepper, and spices add flavor. It's a perfect side dish that's both nutritious and satisfying.


  • One large head of cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup 0% Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp Himalayan salt

  • 1 tbsp fresh pepper

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • Optional: 1 tbsp Quick and Simple Seasoning Blend


  1. Boil the Cauliflower:

  • In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a boil.

  • Trim the stems and leaves off the cauliflower.

  • Place the cauliflower in the pot and bring it to a boil.

  • Boil for 10-15 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft enough to pierce easily with a fork.

  • Drain all the water from the pot.

  • Add Greek yogurt, Himalayan salt, pepper, and dried parsley to the cooked cauliflower.

  • Optional: You can also include the Quick and Simple Seasoning Blend for extra flavor.

  • Use a hand-held blender directly in the pot, or transfer the contents to a blender or food processor.

  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. You can adjust the thickness by adding more Greek yogurt if desired.
