Cookie cravings....don't worry, I got U ;)

I had a craving for a cookie for about two days, so I decided I would make some of my own with all natural ingredients. This way I could have my treat in the most 'gut healthy' way possible.
Also, I may or may not have made this cookie for Sunday breakfast.
HEY, I’m HUMAN, and we are in this together!
Ingredients:
WET INGREDIENTS
1 egg
2 tbsp avocado or coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp vanilla
DRY INGREDIENTS
½ tsp sea salt
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond butter
3 tsp stevia
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking soda
¼ cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, mix wet ingredients together and wisk with a fork.
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
combine wet and dry ingredients and mix well.
This is the fun part. Use an ice cream scoop sized spoon to scoop up the batter and roll into 5-7 small balls.
Place the balls 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Gently press down each ball with your hand or a fork to make the shape of a cookie.
Bake for 12 - 15 mins at 350 degrees.
Let cool for 10 mins.
Enjoy.
Now....is this not the GREATEST thing, to eat healthy cookies in the morning.
I definitely think so!!!
