Chocolate Nut Butter Ice Cream
Divine.....

First things first.
Buy some banana's, let them go all brown, and then throw them in the freezer peel and all.
As summer is approaching, there is nothing like eating frozen yogurt or ice cream as you are wandering around in the sun. However, this treat is not going to get you to your fitness goals. So in order to curb cravings, I constructed a healthy ice cream recipe that is delicious with help from my clients. One client suggested replacing the nut butter with plain greek yogurt and adding mint extract to make a chocolate mint ice cream. So feel free to be creative and let me know how it goes!

Ingredients: 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp natural nut butter (I used peanut butter) 1 tsp stevia
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
Preparation:
1. Pull banana out of the freezer. If the peel is still on the banana, just run it under hot water for a few minutes to soften the banana and remove the peel. 2. Put all of the above ingredients into a blender or mix in a large plastic cup with a hand-held mixer until smooth. 3. Top with fresh strawberries and enjoy.
Cheers!!!!
