Banana Oat Muffins

Made these. Soooo good. No flour. No white sugar. All natural.


For best results, mix wet ingredients separately from dry ingredients and then combine together

Ingredients:


dry:

2 cups oats

1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 coconut flour mix

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp all spice


wet:

3 bananas mashed (mine were frozen and then thawed)

1 egg

3/4 cup almond milk

1/3 cup olive oil

1 tsp vanilla



Once completed mixed

Optional Add:

3/4 cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup raisins


Bake 20 mins at 400
