  • Dried summer savory, to taste

  1. Prepare the Potatoes: Start by chopping the sweet potatoes into cubes, ensuring they are uniform in size. Similarly, cube the white baby potatoes.

  2. Season and Coat: In a bowl, combine the baby potatoes and sweet potatoes. Drizzle with your choice of avocado oil or coconut oil. Sprinkle with sea salt, freshly ground black pepper, and dried summer savory. Toss everything together to ensure even coating.
