Sautéed Broccoli


One head of broccoli, chopped

2 tablespoons coconut oil

1 teaspoon of finely chopped ginger

1 teaspoon of finely chopped garlic

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil.

A couple drops fish sauce (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1 teaspoon of honey

1/3 cup finely chopped cashews

Sauté in a pan for 15 minutes, and serve.
