TRX Pilates Founder
Kristen is a former wound care nurse and personal trainer. After having a baby in 2020, Kristen embarked on a new health and weight loss journey, She found a new world of results and success through a combination of TRX suspension training and Pilates. Kristen decided to transition away from the realm of weightlifting and competitive fitness, focusing instead on teaching others how to achieve optimal form while making fitness fun and creative, so we can function and live in a healthy and pain-free body.

You have to try this TRX Pilates studio—it's seriously the best.
The straps make such a big difference. You’ve got handles to hold onto, so stuff like squats actually feels easier and way more controlled, especially if your knees or joints usually bug you. But then, some moves—like planks—get way more intense (in a good way!). Since your feet are in the straps, your core has to work extra hard to keep you steady, so you really feel it.
What I love is how efficient it is. Every class works your whole body, especially your core, and you also get this amazing deep stretch. It just feels good and effective at the same time. I’ve never stuck with a workout this consistently before—this place just gets it right.

How do I book a class? To join us, simply head to packages and pricing page, or create an account on MINDBODY, where you can purchase class packages, drop-ins, and memberships.
What if I have never done TRX Pilates before? If you’ve never tried TRX, you’re in for a treat! This innovative system of straps and handles provides support while you exercise and stretch, helping you build strength, mobility, and confidence. We offer a TRX Intro class, as well as classes for all levels, and with time and consistency, you’ll see incredible progress. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help!
How early should I arrive to my class? Before Your Class •Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get settled. •You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat, but we also provide high-quality Halfmoon mats for your use. •Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Which classes are beginner friendly? For beginners, we recommend starting with: •Intro to TRX •TRX Restore These options will help you ease into movement, build strength, and get comfortable using the TRX straps. We also offer modifications for all exercises, making our classes accessible and inclusive.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation Policy To ensure everyone has the opportunity to attend, we have a cancellation policy in place: •Cancellations within 5 hours of class start time will incur a $15 fee. •No-shows without cancellation will be subject to a $25 charge.
