Here’s a fresh, zesty dressing recipe that you’ll want to keep in your weekly rotation—it’s incredibly versatile and can elevate almost any dish. Use it for salads, as a marinade, or even a quick dip!

Lemon-Garlic Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp honey (optional, for a hint of sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: A handful of fresh herbs like parsley or thyme for a burst of flavor

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and minced garlic.

  2. Gradually drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing becomes smooth and slightly thickened.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.

  4. Add in your choice of fresh herbs, like parsley or thyme, if you’d like a little extra flair.

  5. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Pro tip: If you’re a fan of Caesar dressing, try mixing in a bit of your favorite Caesar for a lighter, tangy twist!

This dressing is your all-in-one flavor enhancer, perfect for salads, roasted veggies, grilled chicken, seafood, or even as a marinade for potatoes and meats. Enjoy the fresh zest in every bite!
