Kristen's Story: From Nurse to Holistic Movement Coach
Kristen is a former wound care nurse and certified personal trainer who began a new chapter in her wellness journey after having her baby in 2020. Determined to reclaim her health, she lost 50 pounds by rebuilding healthy habits and embracing a more mindful approach to movement, nutrition, and self-care.
Through this transformation, Kristen discovered the powerful benefits of Pilates and functional training. She shifted away from weightlifting and competitive fitness to focus on helping others achieve strength, mobility, and pain-free living through intentional movement.
