TRX Pilates Founder

Kristen is a former wound care nurse and personal trainer. After having a baby in 2020, Kristen embarked on a new health and weight loss journey, She found a new world of results and success through a combination of TRX suspension training and Pilates. Kristen decided to transition away from the realm of weightlifting and competitive fitness, focusing instead on teaching others how to achieve optimal form and function to live in a pain-free body.

Laura is a passionate yoga teacher with a personal practise that spans over 3 decades. In 2016 Laura reframed her professional life to be more present with her young family, and lean into intentional living. This meant deepening her yoga practise by becoming a certified yoga instructor (YTT 200) and exploring meditation. Over the years Laura has taken courses in meditation at Kripalu and Omega and has her own daily practise. She understands first hand the challenges of leading with integrity, focused intention and inspiring others, coupled with the demand of achieving measurable results.

Chrystal made the empowering decision to re-enter the fitness industry following years dedicated to motherhood, recognizing the vital role of fitness and balanced workouts in overall well-being. As a Level One certified Mat Core Pilates coach, with extensive experience as a certified personal trainer and core confidence specialist, she is passionate about crafting meticulously designed programs that foster strength, rejuvenation, and a desire for continuous growth. Equipped with a range of certifications, she is committed to delivering tailored, well-balanced routines that leave participants feeling empowered and eager for more. Jodie is our TRX Yoga Instructor. She found her way to yoga in 2012 after sustaining repetitive injuries from years of running marathons. She quickly fell in love with this style of movement and completed her first 500 hour YTT through Moksha Yoga. She has gone on to complete certifications in Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles of yoga. Jodie has taught in yoga studios, gyms, parks, workplaces, and everywhere in between sharing her passion for movement and breath.
