Flour Free Pancake

I am OBSESSED with this flour FREE pancake. It is perfect for a sweet tooth.


The ingredients are so pure and simple, and it tastes so darn good I had to share it.


Alright. Let’s do this


Ingredients:

1 ripe (or frozen and thawed) banana

1 egg (vegan option - use 1/2 tsp ground flax)

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt


For Cooking:

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp canadian maple syrup


Preparation:

1) Mash up the banana with a fork in a small bowl, and whisk all Ingredients together.

2) Lightly oil a frying pan with 1 tsp avocado oil or coconut oil.

3) Pan fry for 2-3 minutes each side on medium heat or until the pancake looks golden brown.


Top with a few berries or a tsp of natural canadian maple syrup. Enjoy!


Recipe makes one serving / pancake.

Only 232 calories per serving.
