My Sugar Free Chocolate Bark
Why hello!
May I share this little gem of mine? If you like chocolate, you will love this one.
Let‘s get started 😊
1. You will need Lillys chocolate chips @lilys_sweets -> these are Stevia sweetened vegan chocolate chips that you typically order online or get at your local health food store
2. You will need a glass measuring cup, or something that you can use for a double boiler. This means you are going to boil water in a pot, and then place another pot or dish on top so that the chocolates can melt without getting burned
3. Melt the Stevia sweetened chocolate in the double boiler, and once it has melted fully stirred and set it aside
4. Grab a Tupperware. line it with parchment paper or wax paper that is lightly coated and avocado oil
5. You’re going to pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper (use a spatula) or wax paper in the Tupperware container
6. Well the chocolate is still melted sprinkle cashews, walnuts, or knots of your choice, raisins and some course grey salt. Push the nuts into the chocolate just a little bit
7. Put it into the freezer for about 20 minutes
8. After you remove it from the freezer, lift the chocolate out of the Tupperware, peel the wax paper off, and break the chocolate chunks into pieces
Enjoy
