Ingredients:

  • Lilly's chocolate chips (Stevia sweetened vegan chocolate chips, available online or at your local health food store)

Equipment:

  • A glass measuring cup or a heatproof bowl for double boiling

  • A pot for boiling water

  • A Tupperware container

  • Parchment paper or wax paper, lightly coated with avocado oil

Optional Toppings:

  • Cashews, walnuts, or nuts of your choice

  • Raisins

  • Coarse gray salt

Instructions:

  1. Introduction: Welcome to a delightful chocolate-making journey! This chocolate bark is a true gem for chocolate enthusiasts.

  2. Choose the Right Chocolate: Begin by gathering your Stevia-sweetened vegan chocolate chips from Lilly's Sweets. These delectable chocolate chips are the star of the show.

  3. Create a Double Boiler: Set up a double boiler by placing a heatproof glass measuring cup or bowl on top of a pot filled with boiling water. This gentle melting method ensures that the chocolate melts without burning.

  4. Melt the Chocolate: Add the Stevia-sweetened chocolate chips to the heatproof container. Allow them to melt fully while stirring gently. Once fully melted, remove the container from the double boiler and set it aside.

  5. Prepare the Tupperware: Line a Tupperware container with parchment paper or wax paper. Lightly coat the paper with avocado oil to prevent sticking.

  6. Pour and Sprinkle: Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared parchment paper in the Tupperware container, using a spatula to spread it evenly. While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle your choice of nuts, raisins, and a touch of coarse gray salt on top. Gently press the toppings into the chocolate.

  7. Freeze to Set: Place the Tupperware container in the freezer for about 20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

  8. Break and Enjoy: Once the chocolate has hardened, remove it from the freezer. Lift the chocolate bark out of the Tupperware container, peel off the parchment paper, and break the chocolate into delicious chunks.

Now, you're ready to savor your homemade chocolate bark—a delightful blend of sweet, nutty, and salty flavors that are sure to please any chocolate aficionado. Enjoy every bite of this irresistible treat.
